    Enjoy Stregth Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning, as well as Nutritition.  This class is designed to make you a healthier, stronger, and fitter person for the rest of your life.  This class is also a requirement to participate on the power lifting team.



    Mr. McLeroy

    PE is designed to teach and develop physical motor skills.  Learning to play different sports is a large part of this class as well.
